Oaklawn Pet, Bike and Wagon Parade Celebrate Independence Day with your leashed furry friend by participating in this annual event. Children can participate by showing their creativity by designing costumes and decorations per the theme. Outstanding performers will be honored with first, second, and third place in three categories: pets, bikes, and wagons. All animals must be leashed or caged.
