Purple Leash 5K & Fun Run Lace up and leash up for this annual event that offers both a competitive chip-timed 5K (with separate divisions for humans and dog-human teams) and a more relaxed 1-mile fun run/walk. Participants are encouraged to don purple attire (for both humans and pups!) in support of the Purple Leash Project, a collaboration between Purina and RedRover helping domestic violence shelters become pet friendly.
