Dog Events in Kingston, RI

Leashed dogs are welcome with you to explore one of Newport's historic neighborhoods during this guided walking tour featuring stories of the people, places, and preservation efforts that shaped the area. Discover how Newport's architecture, craftsmanship, and historic homes reflect the city's journey from the Revolutionary era to modern-day resiliency. The tour takes place rain or shine, and includes walking over uneven sidewalks. Please note that dogs aren't permitted inside any buildings.

Leashed dogs are welcome to this full-day event featuring local artisans, food trucks, live music, and seasonal drinks at Sons of Liberty Spirits Co. Dogs are permitted inside and outside.

This dog-friendly 3K trail run and walk features optional obstacles, allowing pups and their people to run, walk or enjoy the course at their own pace. All obstacles are optional, making the event accessible for dogs of all abilities and comfort levels. Proceeds benefit NEADS Service Dogs and its service dog training programs.

A seasonal, dog-friendly weekly happy hour on the outdoor deck where attendees may bring their leashed dogs. The resort offers a dog menu and specialty "puptails" with proceeds benefiting a local animal-welfare organization. Resort guests and the public are welcome!
