Dog Events in Little River, CA

This dog-friendly parade features a dog costume contest, obstacle course, pet vendor booths, food trucks and mimosas. Dogs can compete for prizes in categories including Best Costume Overall, Most Creative and Best Pair, with separate small- and large-dog divisions.

The day’s festivities include the popular “Winery Dog of the Year” dog show and contest, St. Francis wines and local fare, a silent auction, raffle prizes, and of course a blessing for every animal that attends.

Treat your pup to a unique off-leash swimming experience during this popular end-of-the-season event! Held each weekend, dogs are invited to splash and play in a specially monitored swimming lagoon. All dogs must be current on vaccinations and at least six months old. Dogs must remain leashed outside the designated play area, may not be left unattended, and owners are limited to three dogs each.

Bring Fido to PIDO's outrageous annual dog costume contest and parade, with prizes for best small, medium, and large dog costume categories. It's recommended to arrive early; parking may be difficult. Registration starts at 12 PM and the parade at 1 PM.
