Anaheim Fall Festival & Halloween Parade Enjoy a fall day with Fido by your side at this annual event! The festival kicks off with themed food booths and trucks, live entertainment, and a haunted house. Dog and children's contests will follow and then the parade starts at 7:00 PM with unique, nostalgic floats, and movie-quality costumes. Dogs can enter into contests the day of the event. Annual Haute Dog Howl'oween Parade Justin Rudd and his Community Action Team host one of the biggest Halloween pet events in the world! The parade is expected to include a few hundred kids and adults in costumes, followed by more than 450 costumed dogs with handlers. A few thousand human gawkers will line the parade route, including a panel of distinguished judges that will choose a few dozen human and canine costume winners. Haute Dogs will raise thousands for spay/neuter programs, adoption/rescue groups, Operation Santa Paws and other Long Beach service projects.

There will also be vendors and a pet adoption fair. Parade is at 2:30 PM.
