Birmingham comes alive every winter with the arrival of the Market, a clear sign that Christmas is just around the corner. With more than 80 stalls there's something for everyone. Leashed dogs are welcome to attend this annual three-day festival to partake in celebrating the city and its connection to hot air balloons. During the day, attendees can explore the grounds with activities and exhibits and watch over 100 balloons take flight twice. Owners must pick up any waste left behind by their four-legged companions.
