This dog-friendly community celebration features live music, local vendors, treats, raffles and pet costume contests. Guests can enjoy a fun-filled day with their four-legged friends while supporting the Greater Charlotte SPCA.

Leashed dogs are welcome at this anniversary celebration that will feature raffles, door prizes, local vendors and rescues, games and activities, tours of the facility, and treats for humans and pups. Please ensure Fido is up-to-date on vaccinations before attending.

This dog-friendly Oktoberfest-style event features local pet vendors, a stein-holding contest, a best-dressed lederhosen contest, plus German-inspired food and beer. Guests can enjoy festive activities while supporting Blue Ridge Humane Society.

Leashed dogs are welcome to enjoy the farm with you! Guests can explore a sprawling corn maze, pick pumpkins, enjoy a mega slide, zipline, ropes course, jumping pillow, gem mining, tractor tire playground, cow train, and more. With tasty concession areas serving everything from kettle corn to funnel cakes and BBQ, there’s something delicious for every appetite.

Take a trot with Fido on Thanksgiving Day through the charming downtown streets! Open to runners, walkers, and even costumed participants and pets. Registration includes a long-sleeve Turkey Trot tee, goody bag, and awards for fastest runners, best costume, and best pet costume.

Bring your four-legged friend along for a fun and festive Turkey Trot where leashed dogs are always welcome! Enjoy a lively run or walk together as you kick off the holiday season with tail wags and Thanksgiving spirit.

Leashed dogs are welcome on the 1 mile course throughout the wellness park, or the 5K course through the streets of downtown. During the 5K there will be one water station along the route as well as at the finish line. Registration for all participants includes a t-shirt and finishers' medal.

You and Fido are welcome to join in the fun at this Thanksgiving race that weaves through the beautiful Shandon Neighborhood. Participants are encouraged to dress in their best and most creative Thanksgiving Turkey Burn Attire. Prizes will be awarded for the top three most creative outfits! The race will be held rain or shine, and strollers and leashed dogs are welcome!

Festively dressed pups march from the new Swamp Rabbit Animal Hospital down the trail to Main Street. The fun wraps up at the Gazebo, where Best Dressed judging begins at 5:45 PM with prizes and treats for all participating pets. Enjoy a cheerful, tail-wagging holiday stroll full of adorable outfits, great photo moments, and plenty of community spirit. The event takes place during the Holiday Hop & Christmas Market!

Take a stroll with Fido among festive lights and shop with local artisans, enjoy treats and food from nearby shops, and soak up holiday cheer with family and friends. Don't miss the Jingle Paws Parade at 5 PM that begins at Swamp Rabbit Animal Hospital!

Bring your furry friends, big or small, and watch them strike adorable poses with Santa! Pet Photos will be located in Center Court. Photos will be taken and available for purchase at this event. Reservations are recommended but not required.

Kick off the holiday season with Fido at this annual parade! Floats will parade down Main Street, turning left onto Porter Street at the Lazy Hiker. Turning left again onto Palmer Street at the red light ending at the Highlands Road Intersection. You'll see fire trucks, EMS, police cars, floats, trucks, cars and walkers!

Celebrate the holiday season with Fido at a festive community gathering featuring live holiday music, a holiday market filled with local vendors, photos with Santa, train rides, a Christmas tree lighting ceremony, and seasonal activities for all ages. Leashed dogs are welcome; leashes must be six feet or shorter, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets. Visitors are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.

Take a stroll with Fido through historic downtown Hendersonville to see an assortment of holiday-themed windows, entertainment like strolling carolers and twinkling holiday lights! Some shops are dog friendly, but be sure to ask first before entering.

On November 21st and December 5th, bundle up and come on out for coffee, produce, meat, eggs, live music, hot food, and plenty of handmade artisan crafts, including unique gifts and holiday decorations! There will be over 40 vendors on site for your shopping pleasure, plus live music and kids' activities. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome.
