Dachshund Derby at Duluth Oktoberfestival Registered Dachshunds only are welcome to race to the finish line during this fun-filled Oktoberfest tradition. Open to Wiener Dogs of all ages, the timed races feature head-to-head competition, costumes, and plenty of laughs for spectators. Racing dogs must be registered in advance, have two handlers, and remain leashed except while racing.
