Dog Events in Spring City, PA

Bring Fido in his best Halloween costume to this annual event featuring The Broad Street Pet Parade, vendors lining the downtown streets filled with pet products, kids activities, unique food fare, live music, specials in downtown stores and much more! Adults 21+ can enjoy a Beer Garden with beer, wine and spirits. The rain date is October 24th.

Lace up your sneakers and grab Fido's leash to participate in a 5k run or 1-mile fun walk. It's one of their biggest fundraisers of the year and helps them raise crucial funds that support their life-saving mission. Join them for a bake sale, adoptable pups and a costume contest! Your leashed furry friend can tag along at the farm for a howling good time. Show off your vehicle, visit great vendors and take a chance on raffles to help raise money. A rain date is scheduled for October 25.

Enroll Fido in the 1-mile walk or the 5K race! This fun-filled fall event features over 100 vendors, delicious food trucks, raffle baskets, a dog agility course, costume contests, and pup cups from a partial dog menu. And don’t forget—it’s howloween, so costumes are highly encouraged for both humans and pups. The 5K begins at 9 AM, and the one-mile walk starts at 11:00 AM.

Bring Fido to these special days and events where dogs are allowed to go on their very own zoo excursion! Dog admission is limited and rules are in place to help ensure comfort and safety for everyone and the zoo’s animals. All guests visiting the zoo with a dog must complete an online application and submit required documents before purchasing tickets. Please note, dogs are currently not permitted inside the Barn, Wetlands Boardwalk, Feeding Decks, and Harmony Hideaway. Habitat HQ and Trail of the Jaguar may have limited access depending on the day of your visit. The event will be paused for the months of July and August.
