Photos with Santa Paws at Auburn Valley Humane Society Does your dog dream of a new toy? Does your kitty yearn for some catnip? Bring them to the AVHS Shelter and let them tell Santa Paws!

A $35 package includes a pet photo and holiday card, plus 30-50 digital photos on a bone-shaped USB flash drive for your personal use (all photos taken during the photo session). A Santa Paws goodie bag with dog toys and treats will be provided for each session. We will have a cat goodie bag with cat toys and treats, as well. You will also receive a Photo with Santa Paws ornament. Your session will be a professional mini-photo shoot worth $250.

Auburn's Petpalooza Leashed, licensed and well-behaved pets are welcome at this annual event that features an animal-related entertainment stage, live entertainment, Flydog, agility and frisbee demos, a variety of pet contests, free pet services, an agility area, a yummy food, a variety of vendor booths, giveaways and lots of activities to keep both humans and pets entertained. The event kicks off at 9:30 AM with a Dog Trot 3K/5K Fun Run. See Details
Fremont Fair Held annually in mid-June to coincide with the Summer Solstice, the weekend draws more than 100,000 people to shop, eat, drink, mingle, groove, and enjoy all manners of creative expression. Founded in 1972, the Fremont Fair is one of Seattle’s most beloved neighborhood street festivals, featuring a weekend of eclectic activities that celebrate the quirky Fremont community. Artistic highlights include craft and art booths, street performers, local bands, wacky decorated art cars, and of course the free-spirited Solstice.

Please make sure your dogs are well-mannered and on a leash. It may be best to carry small dogs in the crowds. Don’t forget! On Sunday at 2:30 pm, your pooch can strut his stuff in the annual Dog Parade!
