No Dog Love In Worcester MA
I'm sorry to say that there are currently NO dog-friendly parks in Worcester. We are in Worcester as I write this, visiting family, and the following is part of an article published in the Worcester Sunday Telegram (07/05/2015) entitled "Picking an old bone: City lacks dog park":
"Ever since the City Council adopted an animal control ordinance in 1997 that prohibits dogs from city parks, beaches, playgrounds and schoolyards,even while on leashes, there has been talk at City Hall about creating a city-sanctioned dog park where people can walk their pooches. But the city is no closer today to having such a facility than it was more than 15 years ago."
