travelling to Banff

Hi,
after trying all the different shuttle options, I have no idea how to get from Calgary to Banff with my dog!
none of the shuttles will take us, claiming a policy about passengers' allergies, even if she is travelling underneath with the luggage!
does anyone have any suggestions?
I am at my wits' end!
