      Ok for pet, not human

      Rooms need maintenance and cleaning. Door lock was broken, hair on sink, one shabby rag towel and torn comforter. Waited in line to check in at 4 pm, nice enough staff and good to have security as it’s not a safe location. Won’t stay there again.

      All was good.... EXCEPT

      I booked this hotel because it was very close to San Diego Bay when I arrived Wendy the desk clerk was very nice. I told her I was looking forward to going swimming once we had a walk at San Diego Bay and she told me unfortunately the pool was closed! Then I went to get ice and both ice machines were not working. That totally sucked! Other than that good stay and Wendy at the desk was an exceptional customer service representative

      Pleasant Stay.

      Booking with the app was a breeze, checked In with no problems and they were totally cool with our pet as it is indeed a pet friendly motel.
