Luxury Ranch Retreat Near DFW In Rhome (Aurora)
**WHY CHOOSE US?**
The spectacular luxury ranch estate is situated over 26 acres of sprawling green vistas and was designed to bring the outdoors in with a resort-style pool, hot tub, basket ball hoop, gymnasium, huge wrap around front porch and an outdoor grill, while the inside is equipped with gourmet style chef's kitchen fully stocked with essential pots and pans, spacious living and game rooms, and 11 generous bedrooms and 13 bath rooms (10 full size bathrooms with showers and 3 half bath rooms with toilets).
The banquet hall pictures provided in the listing are for representational purposes only and you will not be able to access the event hall without a separate reservation and prior approval. We also offer packages to host events such as Engagements, Weddings, Receptions, Baby/Bridal Showers, Birthdays, and Corporate Retreats. But, this reservation is ONLY for lodging to stay at our resort style ranch home. The resort style ranch home is a great place to stay with your extended family and/or friends while the additional guests can still join the celebrations during the day, if you choose to host your event at the banquet hall or party barn.
**THE SPACE**
This dream resort style ranch estate home is so huge (~6500 SFT) that it can accommodate larger groups very comfortably. It comes with:

Guest Bedroom 3 (Room #3) – 1st floor, Queen bed with an attached bath room (Bathtub/Shower)
Master Suite (Room #5) – 1st floor, Master Suite furnished with a King bed and comes with an attached large master bath room (2 vanity sinks, separate Shower area and a Bathtub)
Guest Bedroom 4 (Room #6) – 2nd floor, Queen bed and attached bath room (Bathtub only)
Guest Bedroom 5 (Room #7) – 2nd floor, Queen bed and attached bath room (Bathtub/Shower)
Guest Bedroom 6 (Room #8) – 2nd floor, King bed with an attached bath room (Bathtub/Shower) and a Sofa Bed

**5 Additional single beds are also available upon request (ADDITIONAL guest charges would apply for more than 25 guests) - The single beds can be setup in living/game room or in any of big size bed rooms
✔ 13 bathrooms (10 full size bath rooms with shower, 1 powder bath, and 2 outside restrooms next to gymnasium)
✔ OPTIONAL add-on service: We can also setup single beds for additional 20 guests in an adjacent Party hall (comes with 2 additional rest rooms) - The additional guests will have to share the bathrooms in the ranch home as party hall has only rest rooms and doesn't have shower facilities) - ADDITIONAL GUEST CHARGES would apply for each guest over 25 guests - Please check with the host before making reservation, if you are planning to reserve the place for more than 25 guests.

At nights, you can do star gazing to enjoy bright and clear stars while roasting the smores by the fire or while cooling off in the pool. This home is tastefully curated for you to Unplug, Relax & Recharge! Guests are welcome to roam around our 26 acres, but make sure to bring your boots and bug spray to stay safe!
This reservation is only for staying at the resort style ranch home. We also have a Banquet Hall (pictures are on this listing as well), but it's not included with this reservation and it has to be booked separately. **GUEST ACCESS**
Access is limited to registered guests at booking. Remember, If you are the primary guest, you are responsible for the entire stay and the condition of the property upon check out.
We are right off of Hwy 114 on the way to Bridgeport from DFW and ~15 min drive from Texas Motor Speedway, Alliance Airport and within 30 minutes of drive from DFW Airport, Southlake, Westlake, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Arlington and Fort Worth. It's still within a reasonable driving distance from the cities like Flower Mound, Irving, Addison, Carrollton, Richardson, Plano and Frisco.
FLEXIBLE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES - 4:00PM CT Check-in and 10:00AM CT Check-out. Although we have defined check-in and check-out times, we approve COMPLIMENTARY early check-in or late check-out requests upon availability.
WiFi – We have WiFi services available inside the home.
NO SMOKING - SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the home. If you smoke outside the home, you will have to clean up afterwards (no cigarette butts are allowed on the floor)
NOT A PARTY HOUSE - The house is for the specific use as a family and/or friends gathering or business retreat. It is **NOT** a place to host a party for anyone beyond those staying in the house with you. (There is a banquet hall that can be rented separately for any parties or events)
NO DRUGS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Zero tolerance policy for any consumption of drugs or illegal activities on the premises or anywhere on the ranch
EVENT HOSTING: We do offer different packages to host Birthdays, Weddings, Receptions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers etc. You are not allowed to host parties without our prior written approval
PARKING – You can park directly in front of the home (concrete block) or in gravel area by the Pond/Bridge for up to 10 cars
ANIMALS/PETS - We love pets and they are allowed at $100 additional charge per pet for the entire stay.
NO ACCESS to any other Homes, Apartments, Barns, Storage areas with in the Ranch Estate.
**Other things to note**
Within a few minutes of this estate home, you'll find beautiful South Wise County Park located near the northern shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. This park offers a public boat ramp, plenty of shoreline for bank fishing, and a picnic area. This lake hosts several yearly sailing regattas, and it is a foremost venue for the Texas Yacht Racing circuit. Sailors take every advantage of the breezes supplied by mother nature at every opportunity. Wakeboarding, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and pontooning provide water lovers with days of fun during warm weather.
