Skip Woodland if you have a dog. Definitely skip this hotel all the time. We struggled to find a dog friendly hotel last minute, and ended up here momentarily. We took one look at the room here and then left. Too gross for dogs. And still waiting on that refund from management...

Yes they were sort of clean, patrons smoke outside the exterior door so smoke smell comes into rooms and onto bed. There is absolutely NO pet area. Two small grassy areas about 4x8 feet. Full of dog pooh. Actually pretty bad.
