I went to check in after driving for over 12 hours to get to Colorado Springs, and the person working the front desk told me to leave. She had already received complaints about people fighting resulting in peaceful guests feeling unsafe. The worker told me not to check in, because they could not give me a refund. We did drive around the building when we were leaving and saw the aftermath of the fight.

Do not stay here! The rooms are tiny and filthy with stained sheets and blankets. The light in the shower was screwed in with drywall screws, which 2/4 screws were falling out and the light was barely hanging on. The grassy area for the dogs had a homeless camp set up in it. My husband walked outside at 10pm and 5 men were surrounding my car trying to break into it. We grabbed our things and immediately checked out. The staff were rude both when I first called to check for availability and when we decided to leave after only being there for 5 hours. The empty room next door to us had the door kicked in while we were gone getting food - when we left the door was still wide open. If I could give them zero bones I would.

It has been awhile since I stayed in a motel here in the states. I was surprised that there was a shower, no tub. I thought there would be some method for heating water for tea -- but it was fine. The booking from BringFido did not post to the system and initially they did not have a ground floor room. All in all minor things that were not important. The staff is accommodating and the motel is clean and fine.

In general I enjoyed my stay. I had problems with the keys having to be reset a few times though. Also when I came back after a hike and was really tired there was someone power washing the sidewalks which made a huge racket. This made it difficult to rest. I know it had to be done but they could have warned me or something.

This was one of the worst overall experiences in a motel that I've ever had. The building seemed to be very old, such that many items had not been properly maintained/repaired, and the walls seemed paper thin. The rooms were very small, and cheaply decorated with little furnishings nor the basics if amenities, such as coffee maker, shampoo, much less any breakfast items.The bathroom fan was on the same switch as the light, and was very loud, and you couldn't close the bathroom door. No shampoo or breakfast offered. In addition to the motel itself, the rooms are cheap, but that seemed to invite people that were very loud, rude and inconsiderate, who made noise all night, even though it was a week night, causing several rooms that had dogs to bark in response, so we got very little sleep. My dog did not want to walk in the 'grassy area's as it was really not grassy, but more like overgrown weeds. I don't know if all Motel 6's are this dilapidated, unkempt and poorly maintained, but I don't plan on ever staying at another one to find out.

Everyone at this motel went out of their way to be kind to me and my dogs. The woman who checked me in was so nice and accomodating, as were the women who cleaned my room.

We stayed here for three nights. The room and the bathroom were clean and overall fine. The location of the motel is very convenient because it’s nearby downtown Colorado Springs, gas stations, fast foods, highway, and attractions. However, the surroundings were pretty bad. There were odd people walking around, very dirty, and trash everywhere. Also, even though it’s a pet friendly motel, there is no pet relief area. Having our pup go potty on some rocks was very challenging.

Ended having to stay here for one week until I could move into my apartment I had 2 dogs with me. Housekeeping was very nice but the rooms and surroundings areas are just gross the shower we had was a round shower with stains that couldn’t be cleaned or lifted no matter how much you scrub plus there small so unless your really short or extremely thin you can’t wash your private’s without water running everywhere.

This place is gross. The room smells like smoke and urine. The toilet is disgusting and the bowl looks like it has never been cleaned. The best part was leaving.
