The motel itself was fine, but the air conditioning in my room was broken and after an hour of trying to fix it, it was still broken. I was told the only other room available was on the second floor and could not move because my pets have mobility issues. The manager was supposed to phone to partially refund my stay because it was 80 degrees in my room the whole time, but never called to do so. Also had to wait an hour after check-in time to get a room.

The concierge was super sweet and gave us dog treats! Other than that I had to wear shoes in the room because the floor felt dirty, it smelled so bad in the room and very few people bothered to wear a mask. I mean, it’s a motel 6 by the airport so you gotta manage your expectations, but oof, this was a little too rough.
