We stayed two nights. The room was small but clean and comfortable. AC worked well. There was almost no water flow from the sink faucet, though the tub faucet was fine. People talked and argued into the wee hours outside the rooms. Several times our door knob was jiggled by people walking by. Ice machines were out of order. No microwave, but there was a small fridge. TV stations were very limited, but there were 2 HBO channels. But, it was a Motel 6 in a not great neighborhood near the freeway, so all of this was about what we expected for the price.
The dog walking areas were dirt and weeds (our dogs didn't mind). There were 3 poop disposal cans that were overflowing with trash. Poop bags were available at one station. Trash and accumulated unpicked-up poop were abundant. Most of the guest dogs we saw were medium to large breed dogs, all well-behaved and under control.

You can bring a dog and there’s no fee… Barely any grass and a bunch of people just randomly hanging around the lot. Broken glass on the lot and the “pet area” was massively overgrown and not maintained.
Run down rooms and the keycard swipe stopped working for everyone halfway through the evening. Motel 6 is cheap… but there are better ones. - KevinJul 13, 2019Yuck
Booked here because they're dog-friendly and were the cheapest in Denver but wish I'd sprung for a slightly pricier place. Pros: The A/C works, the TV works, and they don't have a pet fee. Cons: it's filthy, obviously unsafe (there's a security guard roaming the premises, and there's no grass other than a strip behind the place. Getting to that strip of grass, you will pass prostitutes and homeless. The room is adorned with various stains and the bed sheet has a multitude of body hair, evidence that it was not changed. Others have reported rude staff but my only issue was a long wait to check in. I would honestly not feel safe staying here were I not traveling with a German Shepherd Dog.
