Dirty room, sketchy area, did not feel safe, totally horrible experience. Will never stay again in a Quality (not!) Inn.

Although my dog didn’t mind, our room was extremely dirty! We arrived at 8pm due to traffic being rough. There was an empty beer can left in the trash which made the room stink or at least not help it. The floor was so dirty we kept our shoes on and washed our feet before getting into bed which was lumpy. The bath tub didn’t have a drain so showering is the only option, but the really scary thing is how slick the tub was. No mat to put in the tub and both my husband and I slipped and got bruises. The doors are not sealed well. The marijuana smoke from the adjacent room leaked into ours and the exterior door had no bolt! The hair dryer had red makeup smeared on it (I left with wet hair)and yellow funk was smeared on the bathroom lighting fixtures. We were charged $50.00 security deposit twice and when I brought it to the clerks attention she blamed our bank, of course the lack of understanding and eye roll was free!!! They did end up fixing that, but did not communicate with us. I figured I was going to have to battle that.
