Overwhelming smell of cleanser, dogs left smelling like cleanser. Could not be placed on first floor upon arrival. Had I known there were several concrete steps outside to get to second level, I would have requested first floor. I have senior dogs who aren’t good with steps. No towels in the room, and had to ask two times to get some. Highway noise, plus super thin walls, so could easily hear neighbors. “Suite” had dilapidated appliances but not a single dish or pan. Dirty kitchen cabinets were bare. Pillows and towels were very worn. Cover had stains.
