In fairness, a sign says it’s under new ownership and a remodel is coming. TV didn’t work, safety lock broken, towels dirty or stained (I’m hoping for the latter) so was shower. No dog relief spot but not uncommon. I’ve stayed in Motel 6 rooms before so maybe this location will be back up to standards soon.

Upon check in, we were told: "if you need to use the microwave, you HAVE to unplug the heater in the room, or it might blow the power for the ENTIRE BUILDING." Seriously??! "Also, if you happen to want to take a shower, you'll have to let the hot water run about 15 minutes" to get it warm. WHAT?? The door lock was iffy, and even I could have broken in had I wanted to. The only upside was that I could bring my cat with me for no extra charge.

Room typical of Motel 6; however two holes in bath wall not very positive. Window AC with plywood above not very appealing. Sink in bath very slow to drain. Outside equally questionable. No grass for pup. Did have lots of rock with weeds. Not sure what Motel 6 standards are, but question this motel can meet them. Would not stay here in future.

The walls were EXTREMELY thin, leading to my pup being on alert all night listening to our neighbors walking by outside. I felt bad for whoever was in the room below us, because every time my dog jumped off the bed it echoed around the room. My partner also had an extreme reaction to some kind of allergen in the room - dust or mold, I'm not sure. The shower left much to be desired. Otherwise, it was fine for the price, obviously nothing special.
