Said no limit to dog size when we got there they tell me 2 dogs combined of 150 lbs together we have 2 full grown Saint Bernards at 400 pounds for both

This was the first time I stayed at a Motel 6 and it was terrible. The place was clean enough and it was close enough to my desitination, but that's all I can say positive about it.
1 - I booked an upgraded room with a microwave and fridge. It was also supposed to have internet. There was no microwave and no fridge, and when I complained, I was told that "this was booked through a third party that has no affiliation with us".
2- According to the clerk, the upgraded rooms were "all booked months ago", but they had not made any room assignments on the first floor at 4:30 pm when I checked in ... I had to wait while they made the assignments.
3 - the room was "Spartan" at best. It had 2 thin, soft pillows, a thin bedspread, and an even thinner blanket. The two chairs were wood and metal and uncomfortable. There was no tissue in the room nor an alarm clock. There was no outlet by the bed so that I could plug in my phone, either. Nobody gave any indication that wifi was available, and certainly there were no instructions on how to access it.Maybe this is standard at Motel 6, but I've stayed at little Mom and Pop motels that were better than this. I will NOT be staying at this Motel 6 again, and maybe not staying at any in the future.
