Extremely poor customer service. Very little parking, and what parking there was was extremely tight and offered no security from the local squatters. Hotel refuses to provide a receipt and added charges to our card that weren't part of the original agreement. Hotel says we have to contact Booking.com who has no record of the transaction because it was conducted in person at the hotel. BringFido customer service has tried to talk to the hotel for us, but to no avail. Bottom line: pay a couple extra bucks and stay someplace better.

Because we were traveling, I wanted a location close to the freeway. Eugene south was perfect for that. Didn’t hear the freeway unless we were outside.

HEAVY smell of bleach in the room. No closet space whatsoever. Morning coffee is bad.

Provided it is during the heat wave, when we got into the room, there were nearly 15 flies in room that we had to kill. We know we are traveling with our dog so, the hotels won't be great, but seriously we are cleaner than the hotel. Luckily we are only sleeping here so we would never be here to hang out. There were cobwebs behind near the toilet and the baseboards are peeling as well as the desk area. I feel I was camping indoors as it felt dirty. There is also no fan system in the bathroom so if someone goes to take a crap, It will smell up the room. Just like camping!

Close to busy highway. Bedspreads stained. Non-smoking rooms smelled like stale smoke. Floors not clean.

First I want to start off by saying I made two separate reservations; but this hotel made everything right!! Everyone I ran into loved my dogs which always makes me happy! We did have a complaint about barking but it was like she didn’t want to tell us. We kept my boy quiet after that. You did hear the traffic but that doesn’t bother me. Overall, beds are comfortable staff is very sweet; if you don’t like traffic noise go somewhere else!! It’s right off the freeway.
