    Don’t stay here

Hair on the bed, stain on the bed, room smelled like smoke, vagrant peeing on side of building, and other homeless person hit us up for money. No joke I’ve never left a review like this, it was so bad. Staff was nice but this place is not cutting it. Pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned and they just made the bed since there were three pillows on one side of bed and none on the other side. We got a refund and went to the Courtyard Marriott. This place is the literal worst.

Room and staff were good, but WiFi and TV don't work

Staff was friendly and the room was good and quite soundproof. The WiFi was terrible and only worked sporadically. The TV didn't work either. Overall fine, but not suitable if you (like me) require internet to work during your stay. Also, rooms were located on the third floor so a lot of stairs to get up and down every time the dogs need to go out.

Decent room, friendly staff, loud neighbors. Very little sleep that night.

Room was standard, Fridge and Microwave was extra. Microwave in different language? Had fun working that!

Neighboring room was loud and finally quieted down after a call to the front desk after 1am.

    Staff friendly and helpful.

    Borderline section 8

If I could leave zero bones I would in a heartbeat. Called up a week in advance and spoke to Brent about reserving a specific room (non smoking first floor) nothing crazy. I showed up alittle early and was advised my room would not be ready until check in time which I was totally fine with I understand it takes time to get a building turned over from the night before. Come time to check in I return to the hotel and I am advised the room still isn't ready and that since the guests checked out at 11 it would still be another 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. The parking lot of this hotel is completely empty with the exception of a few cars that look like they haven't moved since the flood. I'm pretty sure some residents here are permanent and this hotel caters to "program" individuals. The stench of citrus cleaning product upon entering the lobby is completely mind numbing. My advice is to book somewhere else. The price may be affordable but your sanity doesn't have a price.
