Where to begin? They didn't give us the room we booked. First room the heat didn't work, second room heat was better but not great. TV had no power cord, strange stains on the walls. Bedspreads had cigarette burns even though we were in non smoking room. Oh my gosh!

Booked us into smoking rooms twice after first room and second room unacceptable. Finally moved us to an acceptable room. Only one towel set up per room. Unable to get any towels because linen was closed until checkout in am. Completely disavowed any responsibility of laundry area; it was horribly filthy and apparently had been for awhile. I almost drove away and forfeited my prepaid fee.

This used to be a very nice Motel 6 but has now been taken over by Rodeway. The receptionist knowledge of English was poor, could not even give decent directions. Then charged us twice because he couldn't understand it was pre-paid. Then refused to acknowledge that we had been charged twice. Had to get BringFido involved who achieved our refund. But beyond all that, the place was filthy, unkempt, had to make them change our room from a requested non-smoking which had been heavily smoked in, to a better non-smoking. No services whatsoever, no breakfast, no ice. We will never go there again and feel sad because we had stopped there almost every year for many years. Boo on Rodeway.
