Clean room with outside access. My dog didn't have to 'protect' me from dogs and closing doors across a hall. Can't hear anything from the Interstate.

It was inexpensive. The door to our room didn't seal so there was a draft. The beds were touching the walls with very little room between them. The fitted sheets popped off the beds as soon as we laid down.

I would have given this a 1 rating, except for the fact my puppy had an accident on the bed and I insisted on paying for the cleaning, but the manager would not let me. No one was ever at the front desk. When this accident happened, I probably waited for an hour for the attendant to show up, despite a sign that said, "be back in 15 minutes." Then, the outside grounds are dirty. What does it take to have someone pick up trash? I know this is a Motel 6, but the outside was dirty where I was in the back of the hotel. The showers are funky. They are modular units, circular in nature, with the shower head right above the entry into the shower, where the curtain is. Otherwise, the room was decently clean and there was not a lot of noise where I was, but there were not a lot of people staying there. You can't complain about the price though, and really, given the price, I guess I got what I paid for.

This hotel is not fancy but it is clean, the staff is very friendly and the room was great for us and our dog. It is next to the busy road so the trucks and cars driving by at high speeds might bother some folks. There was no breakfast but they did offer free hot coffee in the morning. Good place to stay for a night during a road trip.

We stayed here with our lab and mini dachshund. Although room was a little cramped with two dogs, two kids and two adults. I was pleasantly surprised how clean everything was for the price we paid. Would stay again.

Cheap night stop. Basic but do-able. Seemed to be a lot of random people that lived there, and a bunch of construction workers staying there (all friendly) but it still makes me uneasy. Would stay again as a couple, skip as an individual. Bonus though for being dog friendly, and did I mention cheap ;)

Friendly staff, quiet location, but not much/any pet area. Room was clean but very tight on space (we had two double beds standard room). Both humans and dogs got a good night's sleep at a good price.

Stopped just for the night. Not sure anyone would want to stop in Fort Stockton longer than that. Rooms were small but clean and the front desk was polite and professional.

It's a Motel 6 in Fort Stockton, TX. Perfect for a quick snooze before continuing on to your intended destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space around the perimeter of the property for pet relief. Two pet waste station are located at the east and south sides of the parking lot.

This motel was actually very quiet compared to other places we have stayed out. I would keep an eye out for the sticker burrs, my pup got several stuck in his paws. otherwise OK for the money I paid.

Easy Check-in and out, but, A/C barely worked, shower was gross. Husband wouldn’t even take a shower! Pool not only closed, but likely a mosquito breeding ground. One of 2 ice machines inoperable. The one that was kinda working seemed to be too warm as the ice was more like slush. The highlight was zero pet fee!

We were tired by the time we reached Fort Stockton and this was a good place to stay. Although there was limited grassy area for pups, it was no surprise given this part of Texas. We had a good room and needed stores (AutoZone and WalMart) very close. Quiet and a good night's sleep.

The rooms are actually really nice! You wouldn’t know it from the outside. However, the front desk staff wasn’t very professional. They were complaining about other guests while I was waiting to check in. Oh well. We just needed one night. It was also a bit of a small room but my dogs (100lb and 40lb lab/lab mix) were ok!
