I‘ve stayed at this hotel before (without a puppy) so I knew what to expect but they placed us in an accessible room which was great and gave lots of space for my new puppy to run around. No issues on check-in and they already knew I was coming with dog. There was enough green space and empty parking lots around the hotel to let the puppy out safely.

Very clean, well appointed rooms.

...we ended up beside very noisy neighbours, who were without doubt involved in drug trade activities. They kept a vehicle in the parking lot and commuted back and forth between room and vehicle for most of the night. When in their room, they were extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin and cannot block any sound from travelling from room to room. The hotel needs to become more choosy about who they accept as guests and security should patrol the halls to identify suspicious and noisy activity. Apart from this, we encountered friendly reception staff and well appointed, clean rooms. The hotel is surrounded by grassy areas, definitely enough for a late evening relieve stroll with dogs. This hotel has unrealized potential.
