The house has air conditioning, internet, laundry room, television and a grassy area for Fido to enjoy! Linens are provided. Beach towels, chairs, and kayak/canoe are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 11 AM.

Escape to Indian Lake Near Seminole Island
Welcome to the quiet spot and most secluded part of Indian Lake on Long Island. Beautiful view of the lake that offers morning sunrises and evening moonlight. Walk out onto the large patio and enjoy the beautiful views of nature and wildlife. Take in the night sky and see stars and our beautiful Milky Way while relaxing by the fire pit. Just a short walk away is a bridge from which to watch the amazing sunsets.
Morning or evening (and all day in- between), there’s something for everyone!
