Beach towels, chairs, and kayak/canoe are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 3 to 7 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date. Aloha from Kailua; we must do a 30-day minimum on our rental home until otherwise noted. Please don’t let this affect where you wish to vacation. Although I have to rent in a 30-day minimum this is not normally 1st through the 30th. Calendar not always reflecting this so please contact on availability. I will discount your stay accordingly. Please email me beforehand so we can make your vacation or event possible on Kailua beach. Kailua beach is a well-known spot to watch spectacular sunrises and, once or twice a month, enjoy watching the full moon rise out of the sea. The full moon rise has a unique bright orange glow. This beach villa is the perfect romantic island getaway. The views of the Mokulua islands can be enjoyed from your sprawling backyard, in a hammock under the palms.
