You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Just minutes from CLE Hopkins Airport, IX Center, Browns Training Camp, Baldwin Wallace University, and numerous shopping center's such as Crocker Park, South Park, Great Northern Mall, and a great variety of restaurants, cafe's and bars.
Berea Cottage is cozy, stylish, clean, spacious, and perfect for a great getaway.
Unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.
Pet is allowed to stay for Free!
The Space:
🔴 Cute and cozy home close to the airport, Baldwin Wallace campus, and an easy Uber ride into the city.
🔴 The home can accommodate 5 guests. There are two bedrooms. One with a queen size bed, the other with two twin beds, and there is full size pull out sofa.
🔴 Set up for 2 adults with Maybe 1 or 2 kids. Can also have 4 adults, 2 in a queen and 2 in twin beds.
🔴 Great 3 seasons room on the front porch!
🔴 Get more space for you and your four-legged friends.
Embark on your next adventure with your furry friend by booking our pet-friendly cottage. We do limit 2 pets per stay. Pets must be pre-approved, including the disclosure of service animals. Pets MUST be housebroken, please keep them off the furniture. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Any damage or extra cleaning due to pets (including linen replacements, blinds, curtains, and carpet cleaning) will be charged accordingly. Do not bring your pet if it has fleas. You will be billed for the extermination of fleas if there are any to be found.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the outdoor picnic area and side yard. Guests don’t have access to the basement or garage.
For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

Getting Around:
Travel by car is the most popular choice but being only 2 miles from the airport, it is a shorty Lyft/Uber from the terminal to our home. Lyfts and Ubers are always readily available.
Public transportation is also available in the form of RTA, providing easy access to places you might want to go. View Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority website.
Closer to downtown Berea, restaurants and shopping. Near the Browns training facility, airport, IX convention center, Baldwin Wallace campus and a great spot with easy access into Cleveland.
Berea is a historic community located approximately 12 miles south of Cleveland, Ohio and 2 miles South of Cleveland's Hopkins International Airport in Cuyahoga County. Established in 1836, the town has a rich history in sandstone quarries, education, and transportation. The vein of superior quality sandstone which surfaces in the area became known the world over as "Berea Stone." Today, Berea is situated within 5 minutes of Interstate Highways, an International Airport and other big city amenities that make living here very attractive.
Medical Care
Berea offers excellent medical care with numerous physicians, dentists, and other health care professionals. The Southwest General Medical Health Center is nearby as well as 4 other major medical Facilities. The Fire Department has 23 full-time professional fire fighters of which 19 are also trained as Paramedics. The Police Department has 31 full-time professional officers and 11 auxiliary officers to help with parades, events, or other times of community need. Education
Our education system is committed to preparing its students for college, technical schools, and the workplace. The Berea City School District has 1 high school, 1 junior high school, 1 intermediate school, and 4 elementary schools. Polaris Career Center, a large joint vocational school located in Middleburg Heights, serves the students in the Berea City School District and five other neighboring districts. Situated near the middle of Berea is the distinguished campus of Baldwin Wallace University. Founded in 1845, Baldwin Wallace University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in; Business Administration, Education, Health and Physical Education, Humanities, Music, Science and Mathematics, and Social Science.
Shopping
Berea has 5 primary shopping areas. The Berea Commons and Downtown Triangle, Parkside Shoppes, West Valley Plaza, Berea Plaza, and the North End. Berea is proud to have Giant Eagle, Marcs, CVS and Walgreens and almost 500 other businesses in the city.
Churches
Churches are an integral part of the community. Most have a full range of ministries including youth, preschool, singles and seniors.
Housing
Berea has a wide range of housing available, from its modest cozy bungalows on tree lined streets, to new, custom, executive style houses recently built. For more information, view online housing options. Some sections of old Berea still feature century style homes under a canopy of maple and oak trees. If you prefer apartment or multi-family dwellings, those are also available. Most housing is within walking or biking distance to the Metroparks and shopping.
Transportation

Recreation Center
The Berea Recreation Center is open to residents, for a very modest fee. Activities include an indoor pool, weight and exercise rooms, basketball court, running track, locker rooms with showers and sauna. Many organized programs are offered year round. View Recreation Page.
