Designed to give large groups ample space and luxury amenities during their stay, this home has eight bedrooms spread out over 3850 sq. ft. Each bedroom has a unique theme and colors that reflect tranquility. The rooms all feature super comfortable memory foam mattresses with smooth cotton sheets and pillows.
The master bedroom is a gorgeous blend of blues, whites, and golds. It features a King bed, Asian-inspired accents, and a plush area rug on top of hardwood floors. Thanks to its location downstairs, the room is slightly more private than the others.
The Meknes room is a bold combination of reds and golds and boasts a Queen bed.
The Ouarzazate room features gold accents and earthy color tones, a Queen bed with a gorgeous handcrafted headboard, and a laptop-friendly workstation
The Casablanca room has a King bed and a bunk bed. Its bright and airy colors combined with designer finishes make it a beautiful space to relax
The Rabat room features bold blues and greens and has a Queen size bed.
You’ll feel like royalty in the Kenitra room with its purple accent walls and generous space. The room features a Queen bed, a computer station, feather-soft accent rugs, and decorative hanging light fixtures

A large group needs plenty of bathrooms to prevent long waits and the frustration that comes with them. Thankfully, this home has four recently updated bathrooms.
The bathroom near the pool features a walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead behind glass walls. Another bathroom features an open and accessible shower area with hand-painted tile work from floor to ceiling, designer light fixtures, two mirrored sinks, and gorgeous attention to detail.
The upstairs bathroom is a more subtle space, complete with muted pink and teal accents, and a tub/shower with rainshower features.

The open-concept kitchen is a pop of vibrant color in the middle of the home. It’s packed with essentials and gadgets to help you prepare and cook meals for a hungry group. The open shelves are lined with glasses and dishware, and you’ll find more utensils in the cherry oak-colored cabinets.
The extensive counters sweep around the kitchen, ending in a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen area from the living room. Make use of the double oven, large gas cook-top, microwave, coffee machine, blender, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar or on the beautiful dining table suitable for 16.
The living room features an ultra-comfortable sectional sofa, a cozy reading bench by the window, a colorful children's play area under the stairs, and a 75" Samsung smart TV and soundbar, complete with Cable TV, HBO, and an open Netflix account. There are other living spaces throughout the home, each furnished with comfortable furniture and decorative light fixtures.

When you stay in this incredible mansion, you have the entire place to yourself. You will be given a unique code to access the Smart Lock on the front door before you arrive and will be given all the information you need to access the WiFi. The home is professionally decorated and Smart, including Smart flat-screen TV's in every bedroom, ceiling fans, and Nest AC/Heating control units.
There’s sufficient parking on site and an EV Charger (free of charge).
The sprawling estate is just minutes from all of the area's most popular restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, shops, and spas. Modern amenities like laptop-friendly workstations, a full-size washer/dryer, and kitchen/bathroom essentials give you everything you need to work or relax in Vegas.

We love our Neighbors. we have an elementary school in our neighborhood. Expect peace and privacy inside Buddha Mansion and Back yard.

If you are staying at Buddha Mansion on a Tuesday, it would be amazing if you could take the trash cans out in the morning and/or return them back into the yard when emptied.
We are Dog (no cats please) friendly, and allow most dogs to stay at the property. Please tell me your pet breed age and weight. There's a pet fee - $25, per night, per dog. Your dog must be approved and paid for prior to checkin. If your dog wasn't pre-approved and/or the additional fee was not paid for prior to checkin, your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
Another thing to note is that we have Security cameras surrounding the property. NO CAMS inside the house!
Please be aware that we have vendors providing services to the home, and there may be occasions when they arrive during your stay.

* Use the Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, basket ball court and exercise equipment at your own risk
* Smoke only in the back yard, DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE!
* Pets (dogs) are welcome. We charge a minimum $60 pet fee or $20 per dog per night, which ever is higher. We accept dogs over 1 yr old. Let me know asap (before checkin) if you have a pet. Unreported pets will be charged automatically and may be cause for Booking cancellation with no refund.
ATTENTION:
To help assure all local ordinances are followed as required by our business license in preventing unlawful parties, events and other disturbances, we highlight the rules: Parties, large gatherings (larger than our max allowed) and other disturbances will not be tolerated. Thank you for understanding. As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.
1. NO parties of Any Kind Due to the city ordinances, no parties are allowed at the property.
2. NO Fireworks of Any Kind Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on and around the property at any time
3. NO Disturbing Noises of Any Kind This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4. NO Street Parking of Any Vehicles All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed.
