In beautiful and unique Lagoon City. Large two level wooden deck with beautiful view of canal which connects to Lake Simcoe. Walk to beach, newly renovated hotel (Pier One), and Italian restaurant. Nearby Marina with motor boat and seadoo rentals. Includes use of year round hottub, firepit, canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, trampoline and 4 bicycles. 20 minute drive to Casino Rama and Orillia.
High Speed internet included. Enjoy your favourite movies projected on a large screen with new projector.
