A charming two bedroom home, superbly located with only a 5 minute stroll to Port Noarlunga beach and jetty and 3 minutes to local shops and cafes.
Featuring panoramic views over the Ocean and Port Noarlunga to South Port Beach. This beautifully presented beachside home offers 2 king bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen with induction cooktop, new oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, modern bathroom and seperate toilet. The lounge and dining has polished timber floors and a large picturesque window capturing that sea view and the romantic twinkle of the evening lights across Port Noarlunga.
There is also a lovely lush rear garden plus patio and wrap around deck for outdoor living. The garden is secure so is ideal for pets.
Cafes, shops and the beach right at your doorstep and only a 15 min drive to the McLaren Vale wine region. The perfect spot for a couples getaway or staycation.
