The cottage has air conditioning, internet, laundry room, television and a fenced yard for Fido to enjoy! Linens are provided. Beach towels, chairs, and kayak/canoe are also available for guest use. Please note that there is a minimum stay of 28 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 3 PM and must check-out by 11 AM.

This one of a kind quaint cottage has built in 1973 and completely remodeled in 2011. The style is Craftsman. The size is 1,100 sq ft with Two Bedrooms, Two full baths and pull out queen size bed so sleeps 6. Cottage has 60' canal front with diving board,screen porch and new boat lift. There is a two car garage for trailer parking and a car port. There are indoor and outdoor waterfront porches and many topical gardens with mature palm trees, banana trees, 20' bamboo shoots, Orchids, Bougainvillea plants etc.
