    Terrible everything

    Dirty. Hair in the bathroom and items underneath the bed were left behind by past customers. Clearly wasn’t cleaned or sanitized properly despite Covid. Poor customer service and the sleep was terrible! Worse than a motel 6. Beds are like sleeping on the ground and the pillows are cheap. We had a total of 3 hours of sleep the only night that we stayed here.

    Great place for dogs

    Nice yard by the pool and nice neighborhood behind the hotel to take walks. Everything was great!

    Bad plumbing & maintenance- puppy got hurt

    I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this one earned it. We stayed with our GSD puppy for 5 nights. After one night, the toilet clogged. We called the front desk but they didn’t bring a plunger for over two hours, even with repeated calls. It clogged right back again and finally they moved us to another room but similar issues and we were stressed to use the bathroom. A couple days later, we walked our puppy in the dog area and when we returned to the room, his front paw was bleeding, having stepped on something. It should be noted that this hotel is being used as a long term housing for a group of homeless people on a wing right in front of the dog area and no maintenance was being done. We only heard about the situation from a guy staying next door who was familiar with the hotel. They should disclose this or at least clean up the area as it is hazardous. If you stay at this hotel, be careful where to walk your dog.

    Mr Sandman Brought No Dreams

    Only venitian blinds, so bright light outside shine through the window all night. Told them they needed a curtains in that room. They said they knew about that. Also, the bath tub was not clean. The room had a rug in front of the bed that was thin enough to keep rolling up, so we kept tripping on it. Staff were nice, and there was an area to air our dog.

    Hip Hotel!

    This was a great stop for our family and dogs! Great bocce court and pool. Room was stylish, clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying here!

    great for dogs! ok for people

    This is a super dog-friendly hotel. The dog-friendly rooms have a great dog bed and they provide tons of treats and extra pick-up bags. The dog-friendly rooms are close to the pool and bar and a really nice grassy area. For people, the hotel is fine—it’s a renovated roadside motel and has tons of retro touches. But the dog rooms seem like they used to be the smoking rooms and our AC didn’t work all that well. Would definitely come back with my pup.
