    Decent place

The staff were friendly; the room was clean and spacious, and the internet connectivity was good. The breakfast offerings were modest but adequate. The only downside was the racket that started at 8 am when a crew started removing the hallway carpet.

    Very dog friendly

If you bring your dog they have you stay on the 1st or second floor. The courtyard is very pet friendly we asked if we could play fetch off leash and the staff said yes. We had a good night rest however, I’m only giving it 4 bones because there is a lot of things broken in our room. There was leaking water from the tub lightly, the beds had some lumping to them wrong with and some of the light fixtures didn’t work. The box spring hit us in the shin and it was sharp; however, it was really clean. It’s a great place to stop if you have a pup and you’re on a road trip.

    Great spot

We enjoyed the ease of the space. Finding the parking without being aware it’s across the street wasn’t helpful but overall great spot.

    Good stop with pup

Very nice first floor rooms for dogs. Large park adjacent. Dog welcome in indoor restaurant. We liked it and will be back next time we go this way.

    Nice room

Other than the central courtyard, no good place to walk dog. Did not like location next to the arena.

    Privacy

From the check to the check out, I was treated great I got nothing to say but nice things. But here it goes, there was no place for my two babies to run freely nor real grass! Only plastic grass and concrete. By the way, the pool was out of order and it wasn’t disclosed. Other than that, the staff was great!

    Great! Great! Great!

We stayed at this property last night and we’re blown away as we have had some not so great experiences. The courtyard was the biggest bonus for us! Our sweetie loved being out there, we enjoyed our dinner out there, and it really made a difference for us. So many of the pet friendly places we have stayed have absolutely no decent place for the dog to sniff and do their business. that is amazing. Great room! Great food! Great service!

    Okay

Nonexistent vegetarian menu. Only Fox channel. To not have CNN and MSNBC along with Fox is very authoritarian behavior, and I will never stay there again.

    Waterfront - Stockton CA

    1. Loading and unloading is difficult because they let full time renters park in driveway.
    2. Website said restaurant open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Only was open Tuesday through Saturday 4-8. We couldn't have Father's Day Dinner as planned.
    3. Perimeter of building, where dogs walk, have no poop stations or bags.
    4. Perimeter of building has shrubbery all around. Inside the shrubs are feral cats...someone puts containers of food and water in the shrubs. Our dog almost got a torn up nose. Part of this property is long term apartments....The University Lofts. Those folks are very rude and unfriendly...:(

While driving to my destinations I usually have to stop along the way at hotels till we get to our airbnb and then same for way home. This hotel was nice, clean, friendly helpful staff, and had security desk in the lobby with security guard sitting watching an array of security cameras. I felt very safe. That is, until I had to walk my dogs outside. Gang type men riding ten speeds up and down street. Broken glass in the parking lot that hotel had me park in. There was a patch of grass right in front of the hotel. No walking for me and dogs, but there was a patch of grass and security cameras were aware of us. Besides that.... hotel was very good and excellent price.

    Very Dog Friendly

We were able to bring our 5 month old puppy everywhere while in the hotel. Many dogs around as well.

    Dangerous

We stayed here with 2 big labs. We are from Seattle so we are used to homeless folks. However we were chased by one homeless guy when we were on the sidewalk a block from the hotel walking the dogs. Then we went to the other side of the hotel (beautiful) and a guy on a bike rode at our dogs (on leash) yelling at the dogs. Hotel was really nice and will never stay there again b/c neighborhood is unsafe.
