Hotel charged my card $300 plus for nothing and Citi says they are horrible at doing this. Watch your receipts!!
- BenSep 28, 2021Awful! Didn't honor rate and moldy/dirty
First, they didn't honor your quote!!! The cost was almost double!!! They don't tell you the charge until you go to check out. Plus the room had a horrific smell. My recently groomed dog smelled like dead fish in a matter of minutes. Apparently carpet was wet and had mildewed and molded. Mold all over AC and wall. If you need pictures, I have them. Corners and at wall base not cleaned. Nowhere to walk a pet except on hot pavement. They charge a total of an additional 56.25 per night for pet fee to rates you quote for 2 adults and one pet. However, they argued and told me I booked thru booking.com. There is nothing pet friendly here, they don't even have a waste drop. Not even a trash can. It is not safe for any human or pet. Not as unclean as our room was. Tons of properties that end up being less expensive, beachside. My advice is to stay on the beach. No deal here and surely not clean! Left message for manager to call but not a word from anyone. I truly cannot believe this is a Holiday Inn.

No designated pet area. No free breakfast. No decaf in lobby. Got a great meal from Stonewood Grill.

a good 4 mile sidewalk just outside the hotel. Staff was great.

We have a reactive big boy 110 lb he is responsibly muzzled going through the Lobby, this can raise some eyebrows, but not here he was treated as well as any other and we appreciate that.
Staff was attentive and professional we will definitely book here again.
