Awful hotel
They have breed restrictions so if you have any Rottweiler, Pitbull, or German Shepard you’re not allowed. If your dog is over 50 pounds you’re not allowed.

Avoid
Reservation completed 72 hrs early, however wasn’t recognized by receptionist when searched my last name. We were issued an occupied room, allegedly the staff don’t have control or record of their tenant stays. The 2nd set of room keys unlocked the suite door… inside was clean and spacious. We had left the room around pm and returned about midnight to be welcomed by a loud audible alarm coming from not the fire detector but behind the TV?! Night shift called their manager and agreed to a full refund. Called to have my pre-payment deposit credited back to my account 4 days ago. I’ll follow up after the holiday!

Served it's purpose
We were in need of a hotel for a few nights while we moved. This hotel allowed us to leave out dog unattended in the room, which is our main reason for choosing it. It was nice to have a suite because it allowed for extra room with our family of 4 and large dog.
The room(s) and bathrooms appeared clean when we arrived, but as we began to settle in we noticed stains on the white towels and had a toilet that was VERY slow to refill after a flush. Again, it served the purpose we needed for 2 night, but I would not return if I was needing a room for reasons other than being able to leave our dog unattended.

Good stay
Booked Melbourne All Suites thru BringFido and rooms were clean had what we needed for 3/4 day stay. Staff was friendly and it was pet friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV was fuzzy on some channels others were good. Internet access was no problem. There was a problem with dirt/sand from parking lot due to construction but it was quickly taken care of when I asked housekeeping. There was some noise from workers that were staying there but not enough to disturb others and very quiet at nighttime. Would stay there again is necessary.
