Broken furniture and rusty grill around pool. Services and amenities were not available or lacking. Desk clerk said "that’s the way we operate." Room actually had a few bugs. We left 4 days early after we discovered the bugs.

Convenient location and the price was great!! BUT… the bed was not comfortable. It did that thing where you lean toward the middle. Ugh! We had a pet friendly room and the carpet was visibly soiled from previous pets. Shouldn’t it be shampooed regularly? Better yet… change the flooring to tile for easy clean up. Otherwise, the room was clean, bedding was crispy white and clean, just like we like it and the air conditioner worked almost too well. Brrrr. Lol.

The hotel is run down and needs some updating but the location is awful. It’s next to a truck rest stop and the prostitution is out of control. Being scared awake at 5am by a pimp fighting with one of his prostitutes in the hotel parking lot was not pleasant. Please be wary of this when making reservations at this hotel.

I enjoyed taking our fur baby to this hotel. There was a potty station but no bags and other people did not pick up after there pets. Overall pet friendly, and would stay again if I needed to!

Country in and suites was 5 🦴 bones for Ty for sure! Doggie potty was (there were two, one on each end of our hallway)convenient and clean with 💩 bags and garbage cans. We had a comfortable king bed with a hide a bed couch and large screen TV plus plenty of room for Tys kennel. A little more expensive but worth it.

We were only there one night, but I must say, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit the Hillsborough River State Park with your fur baby....

Safe Stay: Seffner Inn and Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place, and follows the Safety Protocol (Radisson) cleanliness and sanitization policy. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay and sealed after cleaning. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
