Please note that there is a minimum stay of 2 to 3 nights at this property. Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 14 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date. Guests may check-in anytime after 4 PM and must check-out by 10 AM.

Great neighborhood, very quite and convenient. Straight driveway and front of house has room for RV and vehicle with boat. Quaint main floor log walls, big outdoor deck for eating and BBQing. WIFI, TV, fully furnished with all kitchen necessities and linens and towels supplied. Master Bedroom off the kitchen and two large bedrooms upstairs.
A quiet street out front for walks or bike rides. Just a few minutes away from groceries, restaurants, gas stations and the marina where you can rent a boat, PWC, or launch your own.

There is a 8 guest maximum for this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Children are also welcome.

House Rules
Additional fee for dishes/kitchen items left dirty (running dishwasher OK). Used bedding should be left on unmade beds, used towels on bathroom floor. Please respect the neighborhood and limit noise between 10pm and 8am. Lake Access at Community Beach Area, Boat Ramp or other public space only. Please clean BBQ and Flat Top after each use, turn off propane and put on the covers.
