Beautiful historic Dtwn St Pete Home with 3 bedrooms +2 full bathrooms and 2-1/2 bath rooms. -Restaurants & shops in walking distance, fun places to explore! Bathrooms finished in marble A Saltwater wading lagoon/pool sits at the back of the property with different Private areas for people to relax after a day at the beach or in town. Off street parking for 2 cars & blocks from downtown, Baseball, only 1.1 mile to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. 0.4 mile to St Anthony's Hospital and directly across from restaurants! ~ the bedroom's have one king and 2 queen beds. Front porch to sit is private. Note the rear courtyard is shared with three other rentals however NO Walls are Shared the house is all your own. The courtyard has private lush landscaping and separate areas for conversation and sitting relaxing in the sun or just watching the waterfall.
This area is known for its charming brick streets, homes full of history and big front porches. This neighborhood takes you back to the days where life wasn’t so busy. Just imagine sitting on your front porch with family waving and talking to the neighbors as they pass by. Just like the good old days!
