This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and big and plenty of green space outside for doggie potty time. The only issue was that my reservation showed that I booked through Expedia and didn’t include that I had a dog with me. Just some extra paperwork at the end but all was fine.

This hotel is wonderful. They have all the ‘dog rooms’ close to the door and they even provide ‘dooty bags’ and a garbage. Also, shout out to BringFido for calling to ensure I could stay since I was technically outside the pet policy. BringFido went above and beyond!

Our room was on the third floor right next to the elevator, but that was not a problem. There was nearly no noise, and the room was quiet, even when there were people coming and going. But that bed was amazing! We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. People were largely quite friendly and engaged me and my dog. The woman who checked in before us when we arrived, was not pleased to be in a hotel that catered to animals, as she said “despite being a pet owner, I can’t imagine why people would take their dog with them“ but whatever. My dog had a great day, I had a great stay, I would totally stay there again.

We travel to Florida several times a year and stay in La Quintas whenever we can. This one was old, dirty and loud. It was also in a very congested spot in Bowling Green making it difficult to get food or walk our dog. The front desk attendant was very nice, which was the only good thing about the hotel. We did not stay to try the breakfast

Very nice hotel. Clean, dog friendly, and nice rooms. Smaller areas to walk dogs but plenty of room. You can leave your dog in the room at breakfast. I travelled with 2 medium sized dogs (35#) and that was no problem. Loved the fresh fruit water offered upon arrival.

Very attentive, helpful staff. For example, the first front desk attendant was very accommodating in connection with my dog at check-in. LOVED THAT! Then when I had a hard time accessing a particular tv program, another front desk attendant came to my room, re-set the channels and sorted the whole thing out! What a gem! Finally, my family, adults and kids, came to hotel to visit me there one day and we were able to use the workout room and pool together and had a great time. It was nice that even young kids could come to the hotel and thoroughly enjoy themselves. Oh, and did I mention that they gave me exactly the room I requested? I am going to make this hotel my #1 go-to place in Bowling Green, KY! No need to look further.

The Staff we're absolutely amazing and friendly with both me and my dog. They even recommended a few restaurants for us to try. The hotel seemed to have lots of fellow canine travelers. The hotel and the room itself are not brand new, but they were perfectly clean and in good repair. It was exactly what we needed. will definitely stay again

Yikes, staff were nice but so unprofessional. I had to roll a towel up and put in at bottom of door because there was quite a gap, letting in all noise and it was noisy. At about 10:30 pm I stuck my head out door and yelled to the group playing board games in breakfast area if they knew whose dog was barking, and they said no but dog stopped barking soon after that. All this stressed out my all ready stressed dog. I will never return to that hotel.

From the lobby the hotel looks really nice. Our room was very large, an option I paid for, but beyond that I regretted not getting an Airbnb. The cooling/heating element made the room smell terribly. It was raining during our visit and the window leaked. A good sized section of the wall/paint was coming off above the window. And the floors just felt dirty... carpet and tile But the location was convenient and driving in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, we took what we could get.

The hotel has gone downhill fast. Not nearly as clean it used to be. Breakfast was nonexistent. On the plus side the staff was courteous and friendly. This is now a hotel that charges a pet fee which is fine if it was as clean as it used to be. We have stayed here multiple times but we are done.

Convenient location near I-65, with a good assortment of restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. DoorDash serves the hotel! Pet walking/exercise areas are somewhat limited due to its convenient location, but sufficient to get the job done. Our room was on the first floor (Yay!), had great beds, and plenty of room for our pets and us. The hotel staff was friendly, and attentive, and we enjoyed our stay.

Biggest pros of this hotel - great location, friendly people, very welcoming to dogs.
Biggest cons - holy cow, this place needs to be steam-cleaned. The room was decent if you didn’t look to hard - corners, along baseboards, etc were filthy. Hallways and elevators, wow, corners or crevices were filthy as well. - SharminOct 13, 2020Nothing special or great.
Dog potty facilities were small and trash can overflowing though hotel was pretty empty. $20 charge for one night or multiple nights, but we were only staying 1. Rooms were good with plenty of room and extra quiet insulation compared to others.

Stayed here last minute based solely on the reviews. Everyone was spot on! friendly folks, easy check-in, plenty of options for food and great places for our dog to wander and even a spot to play ball early in the morning (he’s good off leash and comes to heel the area is not fenced). Small pet fee. Highly recommend!

This is our go-to hotel when traveling north to south. Always great service, beds are comfortable, spacious rooms. Due to COVID the breakfast was lacking but normally the have a nice spread!

Left early to beat Thanksgiving traffic heading south. This was our first stop on the way to Florida. Great hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, all making our stay enjoyable. This one is a keeper for future trips!

Asked for a room on the top floor and staff was accommodating to my needs. Some grassy area for the dog and Cracker Barrel was across the street. The rooms were well maintained and bedding smelt super clean and fresh. I slept very well and had a good breakfast too. I deserves a 5 bone rating.

Stayed here with our little dog. Requested a ground floor room and the staff were very accommodating. Large area out back to walk to dog and close to many great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Now charges a $20 pet fee. I called to hold the room as I was driving (same day of arrival) and phone rep told me when I asked that there was no pet fee. However when I checked in, there was a sign posted stating that a pet fee of $20 has been instituted since Jan 1. When I told the front desk clerk of my conversation, she waived the fee. I certainly hope management doesn’t ding her for it! I don’t blame Wyndham if they want to start collecting a fee (they bought la Quinta) but since I pointedly asked about a pet fee and was told there was none when I made the reservation, the desk clerk absolutely did the right thing by waiving. I think the call center probably has a lot of new info to absorb.
Hotel was clean and quiet, basic La Quinta, beds ok, breakfast what you would expect but nothing bad. Small area to walk the dog. All staff friendly.

Our room was on the first floor next to the door so I could take the puppies outside easily. We had to walk far to find a neighborhood, but it was a good walk that helped make the puppies tired. Staff were extra friendly and helpful with knowing I had 2 dogs. Great place!
