Good location and plenty of grassy areas nearby as it’s next to a conference center. Mattresses and bed frame could use refreshing - sinks down towards the middle and creaked/squeaked. But room was clean.
Asked for a room near an exit away from the lobby which we got, but was next to the laundry room which seemed to be a popular hangout for guests; drove my dogs crazy and defeated the purpose of wanting a quiet room. - RuthApr 3, 2023Friendly staff
Hotel was nice, but at night it sounded like doors slamming and some one going up and down the hall trying doors. And so much bashing sounds on the walls we had a hard time sleeping. We did report it to the front desk in the morning but what could be done then.

Our Lab mix loved his stay. Nice big room with plenty of space inside and out. The staff was so welcoming and the pet fee was affordable.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the room was reasonably priced. I was given a plastic water bowl for my pup, which he enjoyed drinking from. There’s also free breakfast (if you wake up early enough).

The stay was perfect for Millie. The hotel could use some updates, but it was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was bigger than usual in a continental breakfast location. Sidenote: If you stay here you must get some Derby City Pizza. Best I've ever had in 50 years, and I am a pizza snob!

Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gracie was given treats and a toy and lots of attention. There were quite a few dogs staying here while we were. Corgi everywhere...fun! We had the extra excitement of a tornado warning late at night! Breakfast was nice. Choice of hot and cold items. Would stay here again.

Staff was friendly. They gave our dog a food and water bowl, tennis ball and some treats when we checked in. The room was nice. We were able to get a room on the first floor. We will stay there again.

Really nice! Hard to tell if it was a pet friendly hotel. The only reason we didn’t give 5 bones was because we requested a King room and got a double instead. Also the shower head was very funky. Super clean, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was very good for both family and dog. As if we were staying a any hotel without the dog. The room, stay, and all staff were warm and friendly. I would stay again and again whenever in the area.

We stayed one night here while traveling from Chicago to Florida. It was very clean and quiet. Free breakfast is always a plus, and it was pretty good. And the pup was very comfortable.

Clean room. Nice location. There is a 50 lb. limit which I was not told about on the phone. My dogs are pretty close to that but could cause a problem for some people. The local pizza place Bearno’s will deliver to the room and was very good.
