Bring your family and friends to this charming 3BR/2Bath home nestled in the serene riverside area of Mountain, WI. This breathtaking location is perfect for escaping big-city crowds and having the time of your life with your loved ones. Explore the river passing through the backyard, enjoy evenings relaxing around the camp fire, and hike along picturesque trails in the area. Whether its ATV/snowmobile riding, or just getting away from it all, Riverside Retreat is in a great area to do it all!
Located just outside of Mountain Wisconsin, Riverside Retreat is a short drive to both Mountain and Lakewood.
The house is nestled in the serene and friendly riverside area less than a 5-minute drive away from the Mountain town center. This lovely location offers a perfect getaway from the everyday hustle and bustle and big-city crowds while being just 2 miles from the park and ride trailhead.
There are numerous outdoor activities that you can enjoy at any time of year here, such as fishing & ATV/UTV trails in the spring/summer/fall, and snowmobile trail riding in the winter. The trailhead is not directly accessible from the house. To access the trail, guests will need to use the park & ride located 2 miles away.
Guests access the property through the main front entrance via a keypad lock 24/7
NOTE: GPS may list the address as 13901 US First Service Rd 2067, Mountain, WI 54149. This is the same address and is correct.
From Wausau: Take Hwy 52 EAST to Hwy 64 EAST towards Mountain, WI. Just before you reach Mountain you will take a RIGHT on Section 4 Lane and the property is 1.3 miles down the road on the RIGHT.
From SHAWANO: Take Hwy 22 EAST to Hwy 32 NORTH towards Mountain, WI. After you pass through Mountain, take a LEFT onto Section 4 Lane and the property is 1.3 miles down the road on the RIGHT.
From Green Bay: Take Hwy 29 WEST to Hwy 32 NORTH towards Mountain, WI. After you pass through Mountain, take a LEFT onto Section 4 Lane and the property is 1.3 miles down the road on the RIGHT.
As soon as you step foot in the dreamy two-floor house, you're welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open concept design living area. It is designed and decorated in a modern-rustic manner that compliments the fairy tale riverside location.
The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area are where you'll get to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones before relaxing in the living room, which sets the stage for memorable evenings. Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows, making the whole house very bright during the entire day, accenting the hardwood floor and enhancing the soothing ambiance.

The Space
This modern-rustic, two-story home offers a warm and inviting open layout with plenty of natural light. The main living area features a cozy fireplace, while the ground floor has a family room for movie nights and board games.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make meal prep a breeze, and three comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights. Step out to the screened-in porch or private backyard to relax by the fire pit or admire the scenic river views.

Enjoy the backyard riverside fire pit, river pier, and lawn games. The area is perfect for fishing, ATV/UTV trails, and snowmobiling (trail access via park & ride only, 2 miles away).
Guest Access
The house is entirely yours during your stay. Parking for 4 vehicles or 2 trucks with trailers is available. Garage is usable by guests and has a Level 2 Tesla Universal charger for guest use (free). Charges both Tesla and non-Tesla EV's at 11kW/h.
Location
Nestled in a peaceful riverside neighborhood, the home is less than 5 minutes from Mountain's town center and close to a park-and-ride trailhead for year-round outdoor activities.

- Please treat the home with care to maintain its pristine condition.
- Unfortunately, due to local health department regulations, consumables (food, spices, coffees, etc) are not allowed to be left for guests.
