  Great stay

  They were super sweet to my pup and me. Nice and clean. The front desk was so kind. Breakfast was tasty.

  Our new go-to

  Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are fine as far as rooms go, we don’t need anything fancy. The parking lot right in front of the hotel doesn’t accommodate trailers or long vehicles, however the parking lot right next to the hotel is shared by the hotel and the medical plaza and has plenty of room for longer vehicles. Lots of walking opportunities for pets outside. It’s off the beaten path a bit so it’s a much quieter location. We will definitely be using this hotel when we pass through from now on.

  Perfect location to travel Lake Tahoe for the day. Many places to walk dogs in Professional Business Center where hotel is located. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  Nice staff and great area to walk the dogs

  We like hotels near medical complexes as they seem to be quiet not a lot of traffic and good spots to walk the dog. The hotel was in a great location and the premises were clean staff very nice.

  Only gave 4 bones because hotel it self had overflowing trash cans. Hotel had complementary breakfast.

  Wondeful

  We were on the road with our dog and were able to book a room a couple hours before we hit Reno. Check in was quick and safe. The room was wonderful, clean and the best part was the dog bed and treat left for our Fifi.

  Staybridge Suites Reno

  This was fine for people who don't need a bellman to help them to their suite and back with bags & cat in kennel. It is basically self-serve. There was one cart for the entire hotel which was full because of the holiday. One more cart I was told is on order. I had a difficult time leaving as I was unable to find the one cart. I had nice people from cleaning help with the cat in kennel two times, not a light load. Behind the desk personnel and cleaning staff were nice and accommodating. Clean, and as accommodating as they can be with one person at the front desk trying their best in a full house. Very good with additional requests. More towels, etc. It was a holiday weekend after all. I was also given some leeway with getting out on time from the suite due to my disorganization and missing cart, which I greatly appreciated.

  Dependable dog hotel

  We have stayed at Staybridge a number of times with our German Shepherd and have had uniformly good experiences. The rooms are well set up for dogs and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is a suite hotel so the rooms have kitchenettes that are extremely useful with the dog. The location is great, near stores and restaurants. There is grass around the hotel to take the dog to, and there is a great dog park (Link Piazzo) a few miles away. We stay at this hotel every time we pass through Reno on our trips to San Francisco to see our family and appreciate having this option.

  Good area and nice people working.

  Very accommodating and friendly to dog. Easy access to grass areas, bags were provided but run out quick. Restaurants near by- good location. The gym and pool are excellent. The continental breakfast is superb.

  very nice place

  We booked here through BringFido and enjoyed the experience. The room was very nice- suite with kitchenette. Staff was dog friendly. The setting is business park and there are sidewalks and grassy areas to walk the dog. Link Piazzo dog park is only a few miles away so the location was fine. Also close to restaurants (Great Full Gardens is awesome) and a great gym (South Tahoe Athletic Club). A little pricey but very nice.
