We were very much looking forward to our stay and being able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage and sandwich at the bar inside the hotel as was advertised. That area wasn't even open, nor did the hotel serve a hot breakfast in the morning. Staffing shortage was the explanation and to be fair it was New Year's Eve, but we were disappointed. For dog owners this place only charged $25 per dog a night, and did have room to roam. It is located in a quieter area and the bed was comfortable. No pet station.

We arrived just after a thunderstorm and the power had gone out. The staff worked around the crisis to find us a cleaned room and get us checked in. Really lovely decor, and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, yoghurt and even grits (for those who like that kind of thing). A few nearby grassy areas for dog walking. I would absolutely stay here again!

This was absolutely one of the best places we have stayed with our small dog. From the time we walked in the door until we left we were treated with welcoming smiles. They even took a picture of our dog for their poster. We will definitely stay there again! 5 bones and 5 stars!

Our stay was very nice. Great Bed. Clean comfortable rooms, the staff were nice, polite, clean, and respectable people. I don't like the fact that they TRYP advertise they have a bar/restaurant with room service, this is not true. They do have one but it's only open a couple hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening the bar is open from 5pm-8pm only 1 person runs the bar and restaurant there is no room service. TRYP should reword their perks to limited bar and restaurant option on premiums. I am disappointed because the pets allowed, restaurant/bar, and room service is why we chose this hotel. They do allow pets which is awesome, but would of stayed somewhere else for half the cost had we known TRYP perks weren't as advertised. TRYP has the quality to be a great upscale hotel at a reasonable price if wanted to be. I give TRYP a 3/5. I really liked the place and will consider staying at another or the same TRYP Hotel in the future. Staff was very helpful.
