  Pleasant, Friendly Place

  The Inn is simple, but clean and friendly. It has what one needs for a short stay. It does not really have a convenient place to walk dogs.

  Great overnight stop

  This was a great overnight spot for us. Rooms had no carpeting which I thought was very smart. Very easy check-in.

  Simple but more than adequate!

  We’ll be back to this place every year when we pass thru from California to Washington state. The only negative was that one of the beds had its plastic cover still on the mattress. Makes one sweaty - yuck!! Otherwise good place, good price. Nothing fancy, but that was fine with us! And there’s a small and cute white picket fence place set up near the parking for dogs to pee and poo.

  Dog friendly

  This hotel was fine. Slightly run down, but clean. I think the new owner is working on maintenance. It is very dog friendly. They've added a little bitty "dog park," which is basically a turf pet relief area. Nice of them. Located right next to a pizza restaurant with outdoor seating, a grocery store and a fantastic coffee shop called Remix, which has a dog-friendly walk-up window. The sheets were washed with fragranced detergent, so people with allergies should beware.

  Dated and AC not great

  We only stayed one night so not horrible but will most likely not ever stay again unless they update the air conditioning. We had a horrible time trying to sleep. Everything about the room was dated which I don't actually mind, but an AC that doesn't bring the room down to a reasonable sleeping temp in August is a dealbreaker for me. I appreciate the little fridge and microwave in the room.

  I loved it!

  Everything I needed for me and my 2 dogs. There's a college campus right across the street with a huge grassy area that was perfect for walking my dogs. And the pizza place next door was great for a quick dinner.

  Easy check in

  The clerk at the desk was friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, the room was nice and quiet. Would stay again.

  Timbers Motel Ashland

  Easy off and on freeway. Clean rooms. Good TV and has wifi but we bring our own wifi just for security reasons. Friendly people. Check-in early to get parking outside your room. There's a nice place to walk your dog across the street from the motel. Stores are a short walk from the motel.

  Great Place

  Not fancy, but clean and functional with a very friendly staff. Nice neighborhood and parks for walking the dog are just a couple blocks away. Also walking distance to restaurants, coffee and all sorts of shopping. We will definitely stay again.

  Great location

  The hotel is next to parks shopping and restaurants. Ashland has a good dog park and lots of places to walk a pup. The hotel is clean and the owner is pleasant.

  Dog rooms are well used, no hassle, just OK

  Sadly folks have locked their dogs in and left! Door jamb all scratched up. Very funky carpet. Not very noisy, bath tub painted and peeling.

  Nice location and atmosphere

  The room was very comfortable. There was a nice field across the street where I was able to walk my dog. There were great restaurants and stores in the area.

  would not recommend

  Reserved king bed but motel has no king beds. TV channel changer did not work, no cell phone capability inside the guest room.

  Great location!

  We loved how walkable this hotel is and the vintage charm. Awesome grocery behind the hotel and the dogs loves the park like campus next door.
