Guests will receive a 100% refund if their reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date and a 50% refund if it is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date. Island Home with Heated Pool & Direct Gulf Access Near Woodring Beach
White Sands is a luxury custom built waterfront home completed in 2022. Heated pool and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Safely dock your boat on our new 60' dock with a fish cleaning station. Plenty of room for trailers under the house. You are minutes from world class fishing and shelling. Sanibel, Captiva and Cayo Costa are about a 10 minute boat ride away. The home offers an open concept with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and a pullout sleeper couch in living room. The home has security cameras (only on the exterior) for your safety; as well as ours. Guests will be provided with the information to disarm the cameras at their discretion. Pine Island has a lot to offer including several great restaurants and bars that are all within walking distance. Golf cart, kayak and bike rentals are 0.8 miles from the house. Beaches are about a 45 minute drive away or you can rent a boat for the day and get there in 15 minutes!
