    A dump

Avoid this place unless you are desperate. Shady characters hanging around. Smelly and dingy. Also, they charged me $100 refundable pet deposit that I wasn’t expecting as I didn’t see it mentioned ANYWHERE. The room cost less than the pet deposit.

    What a dump!

Stay away! Dirty, sketchy, and way overpriced. Our first ‘non-smoking’ room reeked of cigarettes. Room #2 the TV didn’t work and most of the light bulbs were burned out. The only positive thing that I can think of was the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly. This is a $50/night motel that costs $150/night. No grassy areas for your dog. Never again!!!

    Terrible stay

Room smelled like urine and smoke. The facility was not well taken care of. There was suspicious people roaming the parking lot which was filled with garbage and booze bottles. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Needed an emergency place to stay with my dog. Provided a clean, nice, and affordable room.

    Satisfactory

The room was clean mostly, and there was a grassy area for the dog. All in all it was an ok place to stay for a one night quick stop.

    Adequate

The room was clean and nice. The rest of the hotel was so-so. If you’re looking for a cheap place that’s basic, this will suffice.

    Very clean, good location

Room was very clean (most important) and was located on 1st floor right inside the back door which made going out for potty breaks super convenient. Hotel is right off I-90, very convenient, and only about 4 miles from Falls Park and downtown Sioux Falls (there are some great dog friendly breweries on 8th!). If you’re a light sleeper the noise from the AC and the Love’s across the street might bother you, but it didn’t bother us. Bed was comfy and we slept really well after a long day of travel.

    Terrible place

While they had no issue with me bringing my dog (or maybe because of it), this had to be one of the worst places I have stayed in a very long time. The hall was gross and smelled of smoke. The room was the most run down I have seen in a very long time. The floors were linoleum - maybe a "dog" room? - and everything, including the phone, was falling apart. If I weren't so tired, I would have turned around and left. Do not stay here!

    Nice folks

Property shows some wear but a pleasant stop. Staff friendly and helpful. Everything works and there was plenty of grass for dogs.. We would do it again.
