My wife, two teenage sons, two medium sized dogs and a cat all enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful as we negotiated the process of bringing luggage, pet crates and animals into and out of the hotel.

Hotel was good and clean, some grass outside for pet relief. Location wasn’t the best. Would have rated 4 but we had a very bad experience with check-in that took about an hour to resolve. Everything was the hotel's fault, nothing to do with BringFido reservation.

Not a lot around. Area is iffy. Hotel was seriously understaffed due to Covid. Staff was friendly even under these circumstances. Manager went seriously above and beyond. He had to clean my room so I could check in. I really appreciated his extra effort.

I have stayed at this same Residence Inn on my travels to and from Florida with my dogs. This past year they remodeled and it is very nice. The staff has always been friendly and our room clean. I will continue to stay here.
